The Zanna vineyard is one of the last to be harvested, after extensive thinning and meticulous grape selection; it is produced only in the best years.
The grapes are destemmed, pressed and left to ferment.
Once fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred into Slavonian oak barrels of approximately 25 hl where it remains for 24-26 months.
Color : Intense ruby red, tending towards garnet as the years pass.
Aroma : Blackberry, reminiscent of withered fruits and flowers with a tendency towards the ethereal.
Taste : It is a wine of great substance, soft tannins, it expresses itself velvety and refined for exciting combinations with very important sauces.
