Deliveries to Italy usually take 1-2 business days via express courier. For islands and remote locations, delivery times may be slightly longer.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders over €79.90. For orders under this amount, the standard rate is €8.40, with a €5.00 surcharge for islands and remote areas.

Can I track my package?

Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your shipment directly from the "Track Your Package" section in the footer of our website.

Payments and Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and bank transfer.

Is it safe to buy from Vinuva Store?

Returns and Quality

What happens if a bottle tastes like it's corked?

If you find a wine that tastes corked, keep the half-full bottle with the original cork and report it to us within 14 days. We'll provide you with a discount coupon of the same value.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise your right of withdrawal. The products must be intact and preferably in their original packaging.

What should I do if the package arrives damaged?

Upon delivery, always check the condition of the package. If it appears damaged, sign "subject to inspection" and specify the reason, so we can initiate the refund process with the courier.
