It is a pale golden yellow wine, clear.
On the palate it is dry and full-bodied, with a well-balanced acidity and a rich fruitiness offering citrus, melon, pear and notes of toasted bread and vanilla .
On the nose, the Maple & Ash Chardonnay has an intense aroma with hints of lemon, orange peel, peach as well as vanilla and smoky notes .
The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and after a period of refinement it is subsequently aged for 6 months with American oak staves.
Among the pairings to try, you cannot miss dishes with a good fatty component such as salmon and fried foods , but also with dishes with a sweet tendency such as shellfish .
