15 Uomini grappa is a spirit aged in Caribbean rum barrels for a period ranging from 12 to 18 months and in oak barrels previously used for Taurasi wine.

A decidedly aromatic grappa, characterised by notes of hazelnut, tobacco and fresh grass.

This fine grappa has hints of morello cherry and blackcurrant.

15 Uomini grappa is a spirit obtained from the distillation of pomace (min 75% by weight) and lees (max 25% by weight) of Campanian vines from suitable areas and selected at the time of pressing.

The grappa is aged in Caribbean rum barrels for a period ranging from 12 to 18 months and in oak barrels previously used for Taurasi wine.

Recommended pairings

Excellent paired with chocolate desserts and dried fruit. It also pairs well with aged cheeses.
