Genziana senza niente is the most authentic version of this bitter.
It was born from a collaboration with the Marina Palusci company.
It is a slow cold infusion in a white wine WITHOUT ADDED SULPHITES , with saffron pistils and gentian extract inside ( Gentian root left inside the bottle).
Ingredients: infusion of gentian roots in 80% white wine without added sulphites, alcohol, sugar, gentian root and saffron 19% Vol.

Excellent paired with dry desserts like biscuits and tarts. It also pairs well with aged cheeses and dark chocolate.
