Considered one of the best Spanish Brandies and produced by the Sanchez Romate company of Jerez , it is aged in oak barrels that previously contained Sherry, through the Solera Method.

Deep, dark mahogany in color, it presents a rich and broad bouquet on the nose, with evident hints of coffee beans, cinnamon, cloves and sweet fruity sensations of cherry and plum jam, together with light puffs of cocoa.

The taste is extraordinarily delicate, soft, rich in toasted hazelnut notes and a touch of molasses, perfectly balanced between alcohol and roundness, towards a long persistence of spicy and toasted notes.

Recommended pairings

Excellent paired with chocolate. It also pairs well with tiramisu and apple pies.
