Origin and history of the vine
In Roman times , Trebbiano (Trebulanum) was the legionaries' wine, thanks to its high yields and its abundant supply. Its name derives from "Trebula," meaning " homemade wine ": drinking a good Trebbiano is like returning to the flavor of home-made wine.
Cultivated in huts (tent or Abruzzese pergola), the training system that best restores the vine's natural vegetative development .
Spontaneous fermentation works with what nature offers each year and relies on the strength and health of the land and the vineyard to obtain grapes rich in yeasts essential for fermentation in the cellar.
Straw yellow color, intense on the nose , with hints of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and ethereal, fresh, intense and savoury on the palate.
