Vinification: The grapes are delicately destemmed and pressed.
Fermentation takes place with maceration at a controlled temperature, in stainless steel containers.

Frequent pumping over is carried out for a period of about two weeks to extract color and aromas from the skins. The must is then racked.

Aging: After fermentation, the wine is left on the lees in stainless steel tanks for 3 months. The bottled wine is normally stored in temperature-controlled rooms.
