La produzione si divide in due momenti; il primo per ottenere la madre analcolica (distillazione sottovuoto con ginepro rosso, del finocchietto marino e delle foglie di mirto) e la seconda per la madre alcolica (infusione singole di botaniche) creando poi un blend di ogni famiglia olfattiva. Le due madri creano la base per la distillazione finale a vapore con l’aggiunta di botaniche fresche in base alla declinazione scelta, per ottenere così le tre varianti Agrumata, Speziata e Floreale di Aqva di Gin.
