IN THE VINEYARD
Selection of Montepulciano grapes grown using the Abruzzo pergola system, located on hilly terrain with good exposure between 400 and 450 m above sea level.

IN THE CELLAR
After careful selection, the grapes are destemmed and pressed. The skins are left in contact with the must and its indigenous yeasts for 10-15 days at a constant temperature of 25-28°C.
