Genziana delle Pecore is a white wine-based gentian bitter, composed of a blend of three hand-cut roots, harvested at three different altitudes.

The production process is entirely artisanal.

The white wine manages to extract all the aromas of the gentian root, creating a distillate with a complex and rounded flavour.

Long ago, among the green pastures of Valle Castellana, shepherds noticed that their sheep, satiated after grazing, continually lick gentian plants; this curious habit led them to understand, over time, that the roots stimulated digestion.

This is where it all began!
