Harvest: Selection of golden bunches, well exposed to the sun, from vineyards at least 18 years old.

Vinification: Gentle pressing, selected yeasts, and low-temperature fermentation. 10% of the base Franciacorta ages for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Aging: Over 36 months in stacks in contact with the yeasts, plus 3 months of rest after disgorgement.

Color: Deep golden.

Aroma: Delicate and intense with prevailing sensations of honey, banana and yeast enriched by fragrant vanilla.

Flavor: Delicate carbonation and a sugary syrup evoke the softness of the silk, hence the name SATÈN. Pleasantly acidic and remarkably persistent.

Here we are in Rodengo Saiano, in the province of Brescia: this is where you'll find the Mirabella winery, originally built on the site of the town's old spinning mill, and named after the eponymous location where the company's initial 11 hectares of vineyards are located.

Originally founded as a social cooperative, Mirabella transformed into an agricultural company in the early 1980s. Over time, its cellar space has expanded, making it efficient and functional, and above all, consistently ensuring the optimal temperature and humidity levels needed for the Franciacorta wines to mature on the lees in the bottle.

Today, the total vineyard area covers approximately fifty hectares, and the rows are dominated by the classic varieties from which Franciacorta sparkling wines are produced, such as Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, and Chardonnay.

Both in the vineyard and in the cellar, the production philosophy is geared towards eco-compatibility and low environmental impact, so the energy used comes 100% from renewable sources.

The result is top-notch wines. From Brut to Rosé, from Satèn to Millesimato, all the way to the Riservas, including the still wines with the Sebino Typical Geographical Indication, the "Mirabella" labels include "Demetra," "Døm," "Elite," "Riflesso," "Feudonero," and "Nero d'Ombra."
