Control methods: Integrated pest management with controlled environmental impact.

Harvest period: Last ten days of August, first ten days of September.

Vinification: The grapes are delicately destemmed and left to macerate for a short period.

It is then softly pressed and the resulting must is clarified.
The must then ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel containers.

Aging: At the end of fermentation, the wine is left on the lees in stainless steel containers for 5 months.

Bottled wine is normally stored in temperature-controlled rooms.
