Traditional distillation in copper still
Double maturation : first aged in Incienso Marron wood barrels , finally finished in French oak barrels .

Nose
Cloves, cinnamon, and vanilla. Age has also brought some more refined notes.

Palate
The more vegetal notes have definitely taken a step back towards the woody influence. The woody spices have stepped up a notch, bringing richer vanilla, buttery caramel, burnt honey, and a hint of milk chocolate.

End
Long and lingering finish, but instead of black pepper, it's more like red chili flakes. A hint of fruit in the fumes, with lingering vanilla and black coffee notes. Soft spices, cloves, and crème caramel finish with a long, smooth, and clean finish.
