It is perhaps the most typical alcoholic product of the Canary Islands .
It is obtained by combining Ron Añejo agricol produced from fresh Canarian sugar cane juice with caramel, therefore without the use of neutral alcohol or artificial flavours.
The Aldea Distillery was founded in 1936 by Manuel Quevedo Alemán on the island of Gran Canaria.
The island of La Palma offers the perfect mix of nature, history, culture, tradition, craftsmanship, and quality; today's production maintains the same passion as the past, still using pure virgin cane juice distilled in the original ancient still .
