Don Papa Sherry Cask Finish is a rum matured in American oak bourbon casks, then aged for a further 18 months in four different sherry casks: Fino, Pedro Ximenez, Cream and Palo Cortado.

These four barrels are then carefully blended by the Master Blender to create a unique, very limited edition rum, unfiltered to intensify its characteristic flavour.

Don Papa Rum is produced, aged and bottled on the island of Negros, the most important sugarcane producing area in the Philippines.

This beautiful island, characterized by rugged mountain ranges, vast white beaches and impenetrable lush jungles, thanks to its volcanic soil produces one of the richest and sweetest cane sugars in the world.

Launched in 2012 in the Philippines, Don Papa Rum quickly began to attract interest from all major Western markets, from the United States to Europe.
