The Jubilee Edition is a blend of fresh sugarcane juice and molasses.
The rums used are carefully selected and are aged in 400-litre cognac barrels that previously contained old cognac.
Taste: The mouth is quickly invaded by the presence of the old cognac around
aromas of old leather and cooked fruit pulling on quince jelly.
Nose: Notes of ripe grapes and toasted almonds, followed by a light oak bitterness that opens onto red fruits.
Color: A beautiful deep gold.
