Intense amber color

Intense, strong, decisive, and distinctive aroma. It opens with enveloping vegetal notes, rich with hints of medicinal herbs ranging from helichrysum to santolina, from thyme to St. John's wort, and from mugwort to artichoke.

On the palate, the flavor is full and enveloping, revealing the aromas and, subsequently, the fresh, bitter notes of local herbs, wrapped in the refreshing flavor of juniper. The aftertaste is decidedly balsamic, with a particularly persistent aromatic and fragrant note of helichrysum.
