Paper Elderflower is born from elderflowers hand-picked on the slopes of Gennargentu , the wild and uncontaminated heart of Sardinia . Here, over 1,000 meters above sea level , the elderberry grows wild, nourished by a pure climate and unique biodiversity.

Bright and golden, with straw-yellow reflections reminiscent of the sunlight through the leaves of Gennargentu.

Delicate, floral, and velvety, with notes of fresh white flowers, pale honey , and a hint of citrus. Subtle herbaceous nuances emerge, reminiscent of the pristine vegetation of the Sardinian mountains.

On the palate, it is elegant, smooth, and harmonious. The floral flavor of elderberry intertwines with hints of white fruit and lemon zest . The finish is soft and rounded, with a balanced sweetness and a subtle freshness that invites another sip.

It is perfect served neat on the rocks , but also as a fresh and fragrant ingredient in mixing, particularly in classic cocktails such as Spritz, Hugo or Gin Fizz, to give a Sardinian touch to iconic recipes.
