The vineyards of the BIO Cantina Sociale Orsogna member farms are located in the Belice Valley in the province of Trapani and are all managed biodynamically.

The grapes ferment without the use of selected yeasts ( spontaneous fermentation ) in tanks with frequent pumping over, and are drawn off after 10-12 days. The resulting wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in tanks.

Aged for 6 months in bottle.
