The Bartoli Giusti company has been present in the agricultural and winemaking world of Montalcino for centuries.
The estate extends over approximately 125 hectares in the municipality of Montalcino, in the most "classic" areas of the Brunello di Montalcino wine district. The estate's 125 hectares are divided into approximately 20 hectares of vineyards, 10 hectares of olive groves, 50 hectares of arable land, and the remainder of woodland.
The company is managed by brothers Gino Antonio Focacci, an engineer, and Anna Maria Focacci, a graduate in agriculture and specialized in oenology.
The underground cellar is located in Osservanza, just outside Montalcino, with its processing, storage, and aging rooms. Here, the wine, obtained from the careful processing of the grapes, is aged in fine Slavonian barrels.
Each year, 50,000 bottles of Brunello, 20,000 bottles of Rosso di Montalcino, and 5,000 bottles of Riserva are produced. Other products include red wine, extra virgin olive oil, and Brunello grappa.
The company owns a farmhouse in the Comunali area; a small hamlet offering enchanting views of the Val d'Orcia, it offers 10 apartments, furnished in traditional Tuscan style, and a small church.
The direct sale of company products takes place at the old warehouse at Via Ricasoli 19 in the historic centre of Montalcino (adjacent to the Fortress).

Excellent paired with first courses with meat sauces. It also pairs well with risottos, roasts, poultry, and game.
