Red wine made from grapes grown on the characteristic hills of Rosciano, surrounded by "Gale" (hence the name), shrubs typical of particularly dry and arid areas, therefore excellent for growing vines.

After a long maceration with the skins, it undergoes a period of aging in oak barrels in the Roxan cellars.

Ruby red in color, complex aroma with spicy notes and ripe fruit, and a soft yet decisive taste.

It lends itself well to a period of aging in the bottle, keeping the bottle in a horizontal position.

As it ages, the aroma becomes intense and the color tends towards garnet red.

Highly selected wine produced in limited quantities.

HARVEST: First ten days of October

VINIFICATION: Prolonged maceration of the crushed grapes

REFINEMENT: 18 - 24 months in large oak barrels and no less than 3 months in bottle
