Produced from grapes Moscato grown in the heart of the Pescara Hills in the Rosciano and surrounding areas. It comes from a cryomaceration 24-36 hours of maceration and alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel, where it then ages with continuous racking. A wine that combines aromaticity with freshness.
Tasting notes : Straw yellow in color with golden highlights, it opens on the nose with intense aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit, such as apricot and peach, and floral notes of orange blossom. On the palate, it is fresh and savory, with a pleasant minerality and a lingering finish.
Pairings : With aperitifs, fish starters, shellfish, delicate first courses and fresh cheeses.
