This wine was created to commemorate the year our winery was founded: 1957. A naturally fermented sparkling wine made using the Charmat Method, obtained from a selection of the best grapes from the hills of the Asolo DOCG area.

With a light straw yellow color and impeccable clarity embroidered by a minute and incessant perlage, it has an intensely fruity aroma reminiscent of golden apple and acacia flowers.

Its taste is savoury, pleasantly lean, light on alcohol.

Excellent with white meats. It also pairs well with fish and desserts.
