Light maceration on the skins for approximately 4-6 hours 24 hours.
Fermentation at controlled temperature ( 18 degrees) and approximately 30% of the product is fermented in pear wood barriques.
Aged in steel and wood and then in the bottle to refine the sensory qualities of the product.
The color is a very intense straw yellow with golden reflections.
The aroma is intense with the prevailing note of orange blossom , accompanied by ripe pineapple .
Light hint of vanilla.
In the mouth it is velvety and persistent with a clear aftertaste of sweet almond.
