Additional details

The Barbera grapes come from various vineyards in the Asti area.

The vineyard has lean marly-limestone soil and faces southwest. The wine macerates for approximately 11 days with several pumpings throughout the day and ferments at a controlled temperature.

After resting in stainless steel, the wine matures in semi-new oak barrels.

The wine is left to rest in the bottle for at least 3 months.

Back in 2001, the Giribaldi family began what they rightly consider more than just a trend: organic vine cultivation.

The farm obtained its first organic certification in 2004, placing it among the pioneers in organic wine production.

In short, for the Giribaldi family, the farm is much more than just a simple business; it's a profession that has been cultivated with great passion over the three generations the company has existed.

The farm is located in Piedmont, northern Italy, and is currently run by just 10 people, who work together to maintain the high level of quality while also aiming for new horizons.

Giribaldi's production therefore contains both the traditional and the modernist, which is clearly evident in the very characteristic nuances of taste found in their wines.
