Experts in the art of underground aging since 1976, the Sakurao distillery has been aging its whiskies in oak barrels buried at the foot of Mount Osorakan, several hundred meters underground. These surrounding mountains are particularly generous to the Togouchi brand, as even the water used is drawn from the Oze River. These unique and differentiating characteristics contribute to the development of a range of elegant, fruity whiskies, crafted with precision.
