Our unique approach begins with hand-picking the grapes Catarratto, Carefully selected from the Condrò vineyard, located just 200 meters from our winery. These grapes are treated with the utmost care, ensuring they are healthy and of the highest quality.

Once at the winery, the grapes are washed , dried , and fermented at a controlled temperature. The entire production process is carefully monitored to preserve the integrity of the grapes and ensure an authentic wine .

An important aspect of our Pietragrezza white wine is that it is not clarified or filtered . This means that every sip you pour into your glass is an experience as close to nature as possible, with all its flavors and aromas intact.

Our commitment to quality is also reflected in the levels of sulphur dioxide present in the wine, which remain well below the legal limits for white wines.
