IN THE VINEYARD

Montepulciano grown partly with the Guyot system and partly with the Abruzzese pergola at an altitude of approximately

450m above sea level on mainly calcareous and skeletal soils.


IN THE CELLAR

The must obtained from soft pressing of the grapes, after a brief contact with the skins at low temperatures, is left to ferment with its own indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature for approximately 30 days.

Clarification obtained by decantation.
