Grown on a hill made up of layers of clay, sand and gravel beautifully exposed to the sun and the crisp air of the Gran Sasso and Majella

It has a golden yellow color, an intense aroma of white flowers and caramel, and a full, velvety and savoury taste.

To preserve its characteristics, this wine has not been cold stabilized, therefore it may have a light natural sediment.

HARVEST: Third ten days of August

VINIFICATION: Cryomaceration, soft pressing, fermentation at 18° C.

REFINEMENT: 6 months in barriques
