Genziana delle Pecore is a white wine-based gentian bitter, composed of a blend of three hand-cut roots, harvested at three different altitudes.
The production process is entirely artisanal.
The white wine manages to extract all the aromas of the gentian root, creating a distillate with a complex and rounded flavour.
Sheep's Gentian is a good digestive, but it is bitter on the palate.
Ingredients: Gentian root infusion in 80% white wine, alcohol, sugar. 23% vol.
