The Fighting Bear harks back to the origins and classical tradition of this style.

On the nose it is full, the juniper notes are long and persistent and marry delicate hints of bitter orange and Roman chamomile that round out its aroma.

On the palate it is dry, with distinctly herbaceous and balsamic notes and a pleasant citrus and floral finish.

Not cold filtered.

Recommended pairings

Excellent to drink on its own. It also pairs well with fish and shellfish dishes.
