An Italian grappa , originating in Valpolicella , a wine-growing region renowned for its Amarone wine. This grappa is produced from dried grape pomace , which is delicately pressed during the winemaking process. This pomace is then distilled in small copper stills using a discontinuous steam method , in keeping with Trentino tradition.
The result is a smooth grappa with an intense aroma, expertly combining a distinctive aroma and intense sensations of red fruit. On the palate, Grappa di Amarone Barrique TQ Torquadra is also bold, harmonious, and distinctive, with hints of vanilla , red fruit, and woody notes .
After distillation, the grappa is left to mature in small, fine oak barrels , placed in a dark, quiet environment. During this aging period, the grappa slowly absorbs a natural color from the wood and develops a full, elegant character.
