Vinification: The grapes are delicately destemmed and left to macerate in the press for approximately 12 hours to extract aroma, color, and structure from the skins. They are then gently pressed and the resulting must is clarified. The must then ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Aging: After fermentation, the wine is left on the lees in stainless steel tanks for 3 months. The bottled wine is normally stored in temperature-controlled rooms.
