The grapes come from vineyards located in Fontanaccia, in an area known as "Conca d'Oro" in the municipality of Montelupo Albese, covering 1.68 hectares. Located on medium-hill terrain at an altitude of 380 meters above sea level, facing south, the soil is fertile but very loose, marly-calcareous.

Intense ruby ​​color with orange reflections, consistent, clean, vinous aroma of notable breadth with sensations of rose, raspberry, vanilla and balsamic notes (great olfactory finesse).

Dry, full, harmonious, round taste with young tannins, syrupy fruit, hints of cinnamon and red fruit jam, very balanced tones and excellent persistence on the palate.

GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION
The grapes come from vineyards located in Fontanaccia, in an area known as "Conca d'Oro" in the municipality of Montelupo Albese, covering 1.68 hectares. Located on medium-hill terrain at an altitude of 380 meters above sea level, facing south, the soil is fertile but very loose, marly-calcareous.

VINEYARDS AND SYSTEM
The “organically managed vineyard” is located in the municipality of Montelupo Albese in an area known as the “Conca d'Oro” (Golden Basin) due to the golden hues the vine leaves take on during the summer and autumn.

It is made exclusively from Nebbiolo with clonal material (Lancia, Michet) of Italian origin, the training system is Guyot with approximately 5300 vines per hectare.

TECHNOLOGICAL NOTE
Maceration on the skins for 16 days at a temperature of approximately 28 degrees, with continuous, regular pumping over and punching down. After a 40-day stay in steel tanks, the wine is aged in barriques (225 and 500 liters) until it reaches the perfect level of ripeness, maintaining the typical characteristics of this grape variety. It is then refined in bottle for five months.

Recommended pairings

Excellent with red meat dishes. It also pairs well with aged cheeses and mushroom dishes.
