Provençal pink in color , this Charmat method vintage sparkling wine features fine, persistent bubbles . Well-structured, it is delicate on the nose , with floral aromas and hints of red fruits . On the palate, it is fresh and elegant , with pleasant returns of fruity aromas.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is an ideal accompaniment to light appetizers, fish dishes and cheeses.
