This wine is made with organically grown grapes . The grapes come from hillside vineyards, entirely hand-picked , located on the famous Ribeauvillé geological fault, which offers an incredible diversity of terroir.
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
On the nose it is open to aromas of citrus and flint
On the palate it is dynamic, fresh, incredibly savoury and very long.
Very long-lived wine to keep in the cellar
It can be paired very well with very tasty and strong dishes such as herring marinated in horseradish, or with strong cheeses or more simply with grilled vegetables seasoned with extra virgin olive oil.
