Mauricia Rum Heritage is produced , like the rest of the range, from pure fresh sugar cane juice.
Fermented for 30 hours with selected yeasts and distilled in a column still.
The rum is then aged for 30 months in first-passage American white oak, with three distinct degrees of toasting.
