Inspired by legend, we matured the finest Japanese and Pacific rums in barrels previously used to age Mizunara before filtering the whole thing through washed and bleached Japanese coral to create a perfectly smooth blend with hints of Japanese tropical fruits on the nose and spicy vanilla on the finish.
Minoki Rum is the world's first brand of rum finished in Mizunara casks.
Drawing inspiration from this legend, we named our rum Minoki – Ocean Princess and embodied the mythical princess, the dragon and Fuji-yama, the symbol of Japan, in our design.
