Taste: Complex on the palate, moderately sweet and fresh, almost liqueur-like, it finishes with a persistent bitter almond note.
It was the year that marked the last winemaking of Silvio Carta, at its historic headquarters on Via Dante in Baratili San Pietro. But it was also the year of the last harvest, which took place in three stages.
