Vodka Bistro is produced using a traditional Cognac still.
The neutral alcohol (96.4% vol.) is obtained 100% from wheat for a more prestigious vodka , from rectification in 7 steps.
A small amount of saffron is added to give the vodka more body.
It has a transparent, crystalline appearance. On the nose, it is very elegant thanks to its multiple distillations that make the wheat alcohol soft and fine . When poured, it releases a bouquet of fresh and floral scents . On the palate, it is pleasant and delicate .
